Cielito Lindo Loreto
The Cielito Lindo urbanization was conceived under the guidelines of the Comprehensively Planned Centers, with the intention of detonating this area, implementing a strategy of progressive, incremental improvements and a strong capacity for its transformation. The current context will be modified under the development of a master plan whose primary purpose is to maintain the ecological balance of the environment, highlight its natural attractions and at the same time encourage the development of the economic and social life of the region.
The project proposes to develop commercial, recreational, housing, hotel and service areas. The location of each of these areas aims at the integral growth of the whole to guarantee the maintenance of the economic balance, as well as the activities of each one. There will also be important ecological reserve and donation areas in accordance with what is established by law.
One of the most important attractions of this development is the beach club that will face the sea and will have the capacity to promote the social development of residents through a wide variety of mainly aquatic activities. Among the services, the implementation of a large-capacity water treatment plant and a desalination plant stands out to supply drinking water to the area and have effective control of it.
Cielito Lindo includes a mix of buildings that reflect a range of architectural styles and levels of consistency with the community's vision for an urban complex. The buildings are built with height and surface restrictions. To define streets and open spaces, facades and lots with construction restrictions will be established. The density of the construction is planned to achieve a vision of the landscape with some permeability, in addition to the appropriate sensitive transition in scale to maintain a comfortable experience for residents with natural lighting and air circulation.
