Communication to work with greater interaction is the concept that marks the design axis to develop the project for the corporate offices of this developer. Making the most of the 70 m2 space also became one of the highlights of the program, which led us to present a very open option in which the only private space is the general address.

The operational area is made up of a central workstation that gives meaning to the space and ends with a bookcase. At one end were a pair of work spaces with the printing station and at the other a table for internal meetings and file space.

Neutral colors define the main palette of finishes and colors that were applied to walls, floors and furniture. One of the walls has a bright color highlighted by a graphic made based on one of the company's most notable projects that dialogues with the one applied on the private door.
