For the design of this apartment located in the western area of Mexico City, the most important thing was to find the appropriate design language to balance the contemporary space with the classic furniture, for which a palette of very sober and elegant finishes and colors was selected. that allowed this fusion of styles. In addition, the most advanced technology was installed to control lighting, audio and video, and special spaces were designed for works of art.

A marble mat with a light and dark geometric pattern welcomes you at the main entrance and marks the route to the hallway that leads to the public and private areas. The living area is very spacious and enjoys a fantastic view of the city. The space is divided into a living room and a study, both separated by a small living room that is used for informal meetings. The dining room is located in a separate room, which also enjoys the view and has a large chandelier in the center of the space and connects directly to the services.

The family room is a transition space between the public and private areas and has the best technology to enjoy a movie or simply listen to music. In this space, the ebony wood walls and ceilings, the absolute black granite wall and the Calacatta marble base stand out; the combination of colors and textures give it a unique atmosphere.

In the private area there is a study that the two bedrooms share, the ivory color is the one that stands out in this space and the beta of the wood is highlighted with a soft rug that, with its combination of natural colors, gives rhythm to the space. The main room has a large bathroom finished all in marble and a generous dressing room adjacent to a small room for reading or resting separated from all the movement of the house. The result is a contemporary space with an atmosphere in which the taste for the classic defines its special personality.
