The hotel is located 15 minutes from the Aguascalientes international airport in the Meridiam Park development, the most modern real estate complex that is currently being developed in the southern area of the city and which aims to be the best equipped place for business travelers who They visit this city.

The Fairfield concept is aimed at executives on business trips concerned about having services that help them with their productivity, but also that match their lifestyle. The ARCO Arquitectura Contemporánea team responded with a design that allows different areas to be resolved to develop the work needs of each visitor and at the same time offer a series of services according to their lifestyle.

The hotel is spread over 9 floors and has 141 rooms of different types, 30% of these are suites, and all of them have all the comfort and services that a hotel of this type should provide to its guests. In addition, the project has a meeting center, gym and a pool on the roof.

From the entrance to the lobby, a modern and sober atmosphere is perceived, the result of the appropriate selection of materials and furniture specially designed for this project, creating an ideal atmosphere for business. The reception welcomes you with a high relief mural with attractive geometric shapes that was designed by amoATO Studio. Adjacent to this area is the cafeteria, which offers a spacious, fresh space with lots of natural light where there are bars for coffee service and a food buffet. It also has a rear terrace to enjoy food outside.

On the opposite side of the reception you can see a small bar area, which offers the possibility of sitting at the bar or having an informal meeting in its large armchairs that create several ideal environments to turn meetings into enriching brainstorming sessions. In these areas, the neutral color palette acquires a special dynamism with yellow and blue accents.

In the rooms, all the materials and furniture invite you to work in private or to a well-deserved moment of relaxation and rest. On the top floor is the gym area with magnificent views to inspire athletes and a pool to keep you training or simply refresh yourself.
